  • I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I was with the interactions I had with Matt yesterday. He worked on my assistant’s computer while I was in the office, and he was quite helpful both in his responses to my questions and in his ability to solve some problems we have had. He was able to show me how to print from the Mac in our office without having to go through the VM Ware, which saves such time. We are just delighted to have someone with Mac experience who can assist us.
